What data we collect
When you submit the contact form, we may receive your full name, email address, company or project name, the type of service, your preferred timeframe and the content of your message. If you contact us by phone or email, we process the information you choose to share in that conversation.
Why we use it
We use the data to reply to your enquiry, assess whether we can help, prepare a proposal and handle communication about a potential or existing business relationship. We do not sell personal data or use it for unrelated advertising.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not turn into a collaboration are kept for as long as is reasonably needed for communication and records, as a rule for no more than 24 months. Data related to contracted projects may be kept longer when accounting, tax or other legal obligations require it.
Who may have access to it
Data may be processed by the hosting and email providers needed to run the website and communicate. Access is limited to what is necessary to provide the service or meet a legal obligation.
Cookies and local storage
This version of the website does not use analytics or marketing cookies. It may use essential local storage in your browser to remember whether the intro animation has already been shown. If we add analytics or advertising tools later, we will update this policy before enabling them and ask for consent where required.
Your rights
You can request access to your data, correction of inaccurate data, erasure, restriction of processing or object to processing, depending on the circumstances and applicable law. To make a request, contact kresimir@duodots.hr. If you believe your data is being processed unlawfully, you can contact the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP).
